- The promotion is based on the possibility of purchasing a voucher of any amount (hereinafter “Voucher”), with the Salon adding 50% of the value of the Voucher free of charge – the customer pays, for example, PLN 100, and uses the amount of PLN 150.
- Use of the Promotion implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Promotions and discounts do not combine. A voucher issued under this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, discount code or special offer (unless the terms and conditions of a particular offer state otherwise).
- The voucher can be purchased online, by bank transfer to the account number provided on salonmaris.co.uk, and stationary at the Institute.
- The Voucher is generated and provided to the Customer (e.g. PDF, e-mail). The validity of the Voucher begins after the payment is credited.
- The voucher can be redeemed December 27, 2025 to December 31, 2026.
- The voucher is valid for all services offered by the Salon.
- The voucher is not exchangeable for cash or refundable. The unused portion remains at the disposal of the customer until the end of the validity period – after this time, the unused funds are forfeited.
- If the value of the service exceeds the value remaining on the Voucher, the customer will pay the difference according to the current price list.
- To use the Voucher, the customer arranges an appointment and informs that payment will be made by voucher.
- In case of failure to cancel an appointment with sufficient notice (min. 24 h) or failure to show up without excuse, the Salon may deduct part or all of the value of the service from the Voucher.
- The Salon reserves the right to change the rules of the Promotion or to terminate it – with full respect to Vouchers already purchased, which remain valid in accordance with § 3.
- In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
